Guys,

I'm presently restoring a 62-403 movie dial and while cleaning the button plate, I've misplaced the colored strip which attaches over the buttons.

I think it should be fairly easy to replicate but I don't remember the colors behind the Broadcast, Police, Shortwave section. Can anyone help?

thanks, Bill

Here's a link to a picture of one Bill. I doubt it's much help, but maybe.

Thanks Bryan but cant quite make out the colors. I think it's blue-broadcast, red-police and green-shortwave but I'm going from memory.

Did you ever locate the colored strip which attaches over the buttons?

I did not. Still have the faded one in there. I'd still guess the colors mentioned above are correct.

Good luck

Could you post a picture?

I have the Airline 62-313 'Movie Dial' - and 2 other movie dials.

A few pictures, one of my favorites. Has just about everything you could ask for in a console.

Do you happen to have a picture of the dial colored strip?

I'm out of town at the moment. I'll try to take a pic next week.

Thought you wanted pics of the PB strip. This is what I came up with. Don't have a photo of the dial strip, but the idea is the same.

I know this is a bit late but you are correct in the colors. I just started to restore mine and the color strip is still intact although a little faded.
