Hi,

I found this website and forum since I started to work on the restauration of my Philips World Receiver D2935 PLL. I bought it around 1986 in Munich where I live. The keypad looks worse than the one in the restauration: Holiday Project: Philips D2935 keypad restoration
I wanted to post a picture but I didn't manage to do that.

Now here is my question. The Author of the above mentiobed restauration was so gernerous to share the files he created for others with the same problem. (see below) Unfortunately none of those links is still working. Does anybody know where to find these files or is anybody out there who has a copy ?

Kind regards

Ken

By popular demand, just in time for the holidays, here is the D2935 Artwork I came up with last year:

JPG Version:

d2935_keypad.jpg

Compressed TIFF version:

d2935_keypad.tif

Uncompressed TIFF version (the uncompressed file is HUGE:

d2935_keypad.rar

Depending on your radio You MAY have to adjust the size slightly for an exact fit.

Legal stuff:

This artwork is PUBLIC DOMAIN and you are free to use it for any purpose whatsoever. Feel free to make it available for download anywhere.

Try the URLs for the files on the Wayback Machine. You may find them archived there:

There's a guy in Holland selling printed and laminated replacement keypad overlays on eBay. I don't know if I'm allowed to post a link or not, but it's easy to find.

You can post an eBay link, as long as it's not your own auction.

Thank you all who replied,

the man in the dutch forum couldn't help and so far I got no answer from the other guy. The files are not on wayback. I found the offer on ebay and since I'm really not familiar with gimp have no suitable printer and given the status of my D2935 keypad
