These two mid-30s table radios are up for grabs.
Coronado 686;

Airline 62-3XX;

Room for one more. Which one to snipe? That is the question.
Got lots of knobs, not a factor.

I favor the Coronado. I don't like the knobs on the Airline.

Coronado hands down! Of course I'm partial to them because I still love the looks of my Coronado 650 :D

I'm laughing at that Airline set. Not only are those the wrong knobs but they look to be from a whole different decade and that grill cloth looks like it was once part of somebody's door mat. Shame there's no finish on the cabinet, just bare stained wood and that's all.

Knobs are wrong on all of them.

Both radios appear to have a nearly identical chassis, having been built by the same manufacturer for different retail store private brands.

Agree there are some non-authentic things going on here though.

We know the knobs and grill cloth are wrong on the Airline. Easy enough to remedy.
Chassis identical, so that leaves the name, the cabinet design and finish as the only difference.
I like the Airline curve and the zig zag trim design, but the Coronado escutcheon, dial and finish.
However it is already up to $100.
