This radio was sitting on a table at Kutztown. Kinda beat up, it wasnt getting any attention. I knew there was work to be done, but I got a super deal on it. It's far from perfect now, but it's better now, and one I always wanted but did not want to fork over hundreds of dollars for. Silvertone 4569..next I need to do the chassis update.

Yea looks nice! Serious wood cabinet work scares off alot of people, like me. I just don't have the means for wood shop work here and not practiced in veneer work or anything like that. Sure I could sand down some wood and spray on a finish, I suppose, but do it fully correct?
