I’ll be tailgating, though I won’t have much to sell. I disposed most of my excess stuff at the spring Kutztown meet.

Any other ARFers going beside Adam and myself?

Krystallo, I’ll look for you. I’m tailgating, in a gray Nissan Leaf.

Hey All,

I did a big crystal set display at the event, ( too busy talking to folks - I was WAY too short on sleep and simply forgot to take pix ).

Met some guys that I knew (inc. ARF folks) and had a great time just generally talking radio.

I picked up a free (HUGE) Howard 425 floor model chassis (wired for PM speaker use -NICE !!) -WORKS GREAT - both pilot lights and eye tube light, VERY good local stations audio into an 8 ohm speaker on a 4 ft antenna !

It looks like I have a new and fun bedside radio ! It's been a LONG time since I had an eye tube rig .

You GOTTA LOVE hollow state gear (even if I don't have much of it ).

I also grabbed a Dx 440/ATS 803a for short money ( sold as "working").
My shop is currently WAY too disorganized and I'm also back to work today , so maybe unable to check the 440 until the weekend.

Also picked up 5 AK brown tuning knobs that look BRAND new (repro's ? Even if so , that's OK with me), and some other small knick knacks, mostly freebies.

My thanks to NEARC/NEVC for allowing me to do the display.
